Change to online prescription ordering

We have moved to EMIS Access which is a more enhanced and safer way to oreder prescriptions. If you would like to order prescriptions on line please call into the surgery with proof of ID, photographic if possible, and ask for a registration form to enable you to access this service.

Order repeat prescriptions and book appointments online.

Southville surgery uses EMIS Patient Access services and this allows patients to book & cancel appointments, view some of their medical records and order repeat prescriptions online. 

If you would like to take advantage of this service please ask at reception for a registration form. We will need photo ID and proof of address. The registration will need to be completed within 14 days of asking for the form otherwise the log in details will expire.

Please contact a member of the reception team if you have any problems and would like their help to gain access to this service. You must register to be able to use this secure service.
