'Friendly doctors, well run service - appointment booking urgent and non urgert is well balanced. Pleasant atmosphere and good level of online srevices eg prescription repeats. Surgery is obviously trying to keep up to date with technology. Only issue sometimes is getting a routine appointment outside office hours without having to wait several weeks, however on balance these appointments are non urgent by definition and therefore it's not a major issue. Thanks to the team at the surgery for looking after us so well. Best run GP surgery I've ever been registered at.'

Our response: We currently have one of our full-time GPs on maternity leave, which means we are using more locums than usual at present. We were unable to find one GP to cover this GPs absence. We endeavour to use a small pool of good locums, to provide as much consistency as possible. If you need or want to see a permanent GP or the same GP again, please let our receptionist know and they will book you in with the GP of your choice. If you do not state a preference, you will be offered the first available GP or any GP available on the day/time of your preference. I hope this helps to clarify matters.
